Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Items must include all original tags and labels.
- Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Return an Item

- Select the order with the item you wish to return.
- Click “Request Return” and follow the instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
